By uploading photos/ videos to Deyar Turkiye website, you confirm and warrants that:

• you have read and agreed to these terms and conditions.
• You are at least 18 years old.
• The images/videos you provide to us are true and accurate.
• You haven’t impersonated any person or falsely stated or misrepresented your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Your agreement to upload images/videos to Deyar Turkiye does not in any way conflict with any existing legal agreement or commitment on your part to any third party.
• Your images/videos do not embody, reflect or reveal any confidential information and that we are not obligated to treat them as confidential

Photos and videos are invaluable tools in marketing rentals to customers. Quality and Content of photos and videos are the two essential elements for impressive effect in your listing.  It is best that you ensure the following tips and recommendations in photos/ videos.

Photo Quality

1. Orientation – horizontally and completely fill the space.
2. Resolution – at least 2,048 pixels on the longest side.
3. Color – photos shall be colored.
4. Format – JPG or PNG.

Video

1. Recording Method – Videos shall be displayed horizontally and of high-quality.
2. Length of Recording – maximum five (5) minutes.
3. File Type/Size – Video files shall be MP4 files and not larger than one (1) Gigabyte.
4. Audio Content – Recorded audio should be limited to describing the contents of the video. Videos that include contact information (phone number, email address, website URL) will be removed from the Site.

PHOTO/VIDEO CONTENT

1. Original Work – the uploader shall inure and at his own responsibility that the uploaded images/videos shall not infringe on any copyright or trademark,
2. Captions/Text – Captions, text descriptions are recommended as they help in acquiring better information.
3. Superimposed Content – Text, graphics or logos superimposed onto the image/video is not permitted on the Site. Images or videos that display phone numbers, email. addresses or website URLs will be deleted.
4. Spyware/Malware – AII submitted images/video must be free of contamination or infection with any viruses, malware, or any other corruption that is either intended to damage or may result in damage to the Deyar Turkiye computers and systems. Images/video must not use tactics intended to circumvent the Deyar Turkiye listing review process or other enforcement systems.
5. illegal/Adult Content – – Any or All of the uploaded images/videos must not promote illegal products, services or activities.

By uploading Images/Videos or User Information to us, you further agree that:

1. Deyar Turkiye may moderate the Site, review all submitted images/videos, and decide in our sole discretion whether to display or otherwise use your images/videos.
2. Deyar Turkiye may remove your images/videos from the Site at any time without notice to you.
3. Deyar Turkiye may edit your images/videos in our sole discretion far suitability and compliance with its rules and any other purpose it deems appropriate.
4. You are solely responsible for your images/videos and the consequences of uploading them
5. You acknowledge that you were not and will not be compensated or granted any consideration by use or any third party in exchange for Deyar Turkiye’s use of your images/videos.
6. You hereby grant to Deyar Turkiye, a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, nonexclusive, fully transferable, fully sublicensable right and license to copy, modify, display, distribute, perform, create derivative works from, store, and otherwise use and exploit all such images/videos in any form, media, software or technology of any kind now or existing or developed in the future. By submitting your video to the Site, in addition to the rights, licenses and privileges referred to above, you are also granting Deyar Turkiye the unqualified, unconditional, unlimited, royalty free right, license, authorization and permission to use and refer to your name, image, characteristic or other distinctive identification in relation to your video, for any purpose whatsoever, without any compensation to you, in products or services developed by Deyar Turkiye, without limitation or restriction whatsoever.

Warranty Disclaimer

Deyar Turkiye, neither makes any representations or warranties of any kind regarding your uploading of images/ videos nor is liable to use or any third-party in any way for your uploaded images/ videos to its site. To the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, Deyar Turkiye, specifically disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title accuracy and non -infringement. Deyar Turkiye does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of such information.   Deyar Turkiye reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to correct any error or omission on the site or in the content. Deyar Turkiye does not make and expressly disclaims any representations, warranties or guarantees to you regarding a particular purpose, title accuracy and non­infringement. Deyar Turkiye reserves the right to change or discontinue at any time any aspect or feature of the site.

Limitation of Liability

Deyar Turkiye, and their respective owners, employees, agents, contractors and third- party licensors shall in no event be liable for any damages or losses including, without  limitation,  direct,  indirect,  consequential, special, incidental or punitive damages, resulting from or caused by, arising out of, or  in  any way connected with the use of the site or the material or content contained or referred to on  it,  or for  any  information  obtained  through the site, whether such damages are based on contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise,  even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
